Regulations of sale of the oko.gg online store

Section I. General provisions

The OKO online store available at https://oko.gg is run by Mozaik Group, conducting business activity under the name Mozaik Sp. z o.o., ul. Skrzetuskiego 29, 05-080 Izabelin B, NIP 1182191896, REGON 382951825, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), kept by the minister responsible for economy. This entity is hereinafter referred to as the Owner or the Store.

The store conducts retail sale of clothes and accessories in the European Union.

In order to use the Store, it is necessary:
- having access to the Internet,
- installing a web browser,
- acceptance of cookies,
- enabled JavaScript.

Section II. Terms and delivery time

Placing an order in the Store means the conclusion by the Customer with the Owner of a purchase and sale contract for the ordered products.

The store undertakes to provide the service in accordance with the client's guidelines and based on the best practices in the industry.

The order fulfillment time, which is understood as the shipment of the ordered products to the indicated address, is 48 hours from the date of booking the payment.

We only ship on business days.

In the event of the impossibility of fulfilling the order (e.g. incorrect stock level entered on the website), the customer will be informed as soon as possible. In this case, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, and the money for the order will be returned to the bank account indicated by the customer.

Section III. Product prices and delivery costs

Prices placed next to the product offered by the Store include VAT and are given in euros.

The cost of delivery depends on the option chosen by the customer during the order finalization procedure.

Section IV. Form of payment for orders

Payment for the product can be made:
- by payment card, online bank transfer or fast bank transfer,
- by Paypal.

Settlements of transactions by payment card, online bank transfer or quick bank transfer are carried out via the Stripe system.

Section V. Right to withdraw from the contract

Pursuant to the Act on Consumer Rights, the customer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the concluded contract without giving a reason, except in the following situations:
- when the service of preparation and delivery of the order, the performance of which began at the consumer's request before the deadline for withdrawing from the contract - then the consumer bears the costs of the partially performed service,
- complete performance of the service if the order has already been delivered.

The deadline for considering the complaint is 14 days. If the owner does not respond to the complaint within this period, it is considered that he found it justified.

The right of return applies only to customers who are natural persons. The right of return is not available to legal entities and persons conducting business activity, if the product was purchased for the needs of the company (legal person, business activity)

Section VI. Personal data and privacy policy

The data administrator within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data is Mozaik Sp. z o.o., ul. Skrzetuskiego 29, 05-080 Izabelin B. Information on the processing of personal data is discussed in detail in the Privacy Policy.

Chapter VII. Final Provisions

Customers can access these Regulations at any time via the link provided in the last step of finalizing the order. Consolidation, security, disclosure and confirmation to the Customer of the relevant provisions of the sale of goods takes place by sending the Customer the Order specification and General Terms and Conditions (sales regulations) to the e-mail address provided and by attaching a proof of purchase in the form of a VAT invoice or receipt to the shipment containing the Goods.

In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
